Sorry for the lack of updates
This is just an update to update you guys that I won't be updating the blog for another week because I can't update it when I'm in Beijing for a week to update myself with the family
I have alot to update you guys with but probably won't be updating you guys through the blog cause its too important to NOT update you personally
But I'll still update the blog with the not-so-personal updates the next time i decide to update
So any updates about me will be done when we meet after your finals/holidays or whatever
So update me !

It's All Over Now
YAY.. Foundation in Business and Management 06/07 is finished !!
Kind of a bitter sweet moment;
We are happy that we endured the difficult course till the end,
yet some of us will not be progressing to undergraduate with the rest of us,
and the thought of the people that will join us in September excites me ^^
It was straight to some photo taking after the final paper on Wednesday 11.30am
Some were cursing the maths paper, some were cursing the maths teacher
I'm just glad I can pass (I think and hope)
I also said farewell to Farah, who will leave us and go to Canada
*Angry you, Farah (for leaving us)*

We got ready to head out to KL after that
Caught a movie in Times Square
Next
Next (no pun intended), we walked around in Lowyat until it was time to walk to Planet Hollywood for our dinner
About 24 of us classmates and a classmate's gf are having our dinner there
A three course meal with a free flowing soft drink of your choice cost us RM50
While waiting, we went to the pool room
I forced my roommate to play loser-pays and so we did play
He started well, but I caught up and won the game with 3 of his striped balls still left on the table ;)
Then he just played with himself with 3 of the remaining balls
When the food came, I gobbled up the mushroom soup, as most of us did for the appetiser, because I was too hungry waiting :P
So no pictures there
For the main course, I chose the Minute Steak
The steak was too cooked, I'd prefer it medium well
That would really worked well with the gravy and the yummilicious mashed potatoes
The rest have 2 other choices for the main course: Fish and Chip & Fiery Chicken
Colour Kuning (Mustard) went well with the chicken surprisingly
After that, the dessert was Chocolate Brownies
Some say it was too thick, but I don't think its that bad
Gotta take it slow, savor it, instead of taking it all in in one gulp
Of course no group outing is complete without a group photo
So we tried to get together for a picture
This picture came out the best, if not the coolest :P
We were positioning ourselves when our waitress for the night decided to do a test shot first
Funny
After the dinner, we split in 3 groups
2 groups went back to campus and 1 decided to walk around
Guess who I followed ? ;)
We went to Lecka Lecka in front of Starhill for some drinks and Shisa
Poor Little Girl who don't drink nor smoke were so bored that she kept playing with my camera
Played some games there
Made some jokes about the Bapuks across the streets
Discussed our future in the University
Talked about what will we be doing for 4 months of holidays
Just why didn't we do this more often ?
It was fun
I wanna hang out with Nabil, Tasya, Xaty, Michelle, Sharifah and Shirlene more often X(
It wasn't enough !
We decided to go back to the campus, and hang out there
Its too beautiful that its impossible not to miss staying there

Just finished my Management Paper just now
Done Macroeconomics on Monday
Scraped through World economy on Wednesday
Left with Accounting next Monday and Mathematics the following Wednesday and I'm FREEEEEEEEEEE.... until September :/
Gonna be so bored
Exam period has not been kind to me
The lecturers have not been kind to us
They should have just told us to read the tutorials and be done with it
No need to read lecture notes, no need to read Robbins, Daft, Laudon or Sloman
Stayed up really really late these few days
Especially today
Never slept until 7+ in the morning, just a couple of hours before my Management paper
I'm surprised I'm still awake right now
Guess its too hot to sleep :/
The sky looked really nice in the morning
And it changes quite fast too
I actually witness the sky changing from darkness to pinky red to blue (sorry for my lack of adjectives) in just a few minutes

Happy Birthday Bro
Friday was my bro's birthday
He came back from Singapore yesterday but it was too late to have dinner together so we went today instead
He was buying us dinner
Or at least the intention is to buy my mom dinner
Cuz my mom has recently came up with the idea that us, sons, should celebrate our birthday by celebrating our mom for the day
Why ? Cause we should thank her for the pain it caused her when bringing us into this wretched world
We really should, shouldn't we ?
So we went to the newly (not quite) opened restaurant in Leisure Mall

Their specialty was Shanghai food
La Mian and Xiao Long Bao, as advertised with the brand and also on the website
Xiao Long Bao
You gotta bite/poke a whole through the outer skin (sue me, I don't know the terms of parts of the food) and suck the juice out of the thing first before biting it
Why ?
Cuz if you don't and you just bite into it, the juice will squirt out of the thing, fly 2 feet across the table, land in front of your mom, and have your brother's gf laughing at you
Well, my whole family was laughing at me
I was laughing myself too while chewing on the bloody thing after that happened
So, ya..
It is juicy and its nice to eat
Be careful when the bao first reaches your table though
The soup inside is still hot
If I was forced to translate the above dish into english, it would be something something Saliva Chicken
Yep, saliva chicken
Its an appetiser and its cold
This is a dessert
Something something yam
LOL
Not bad either
We ordered a bunch of other dishes too, but I didn't bother to take pictures of them
I guess food comes first for me :P
After dinner, dad left us the key of his Camry and drove my bro's City home
Cause my bro's car was stuffed with stuffs and effectively became a 3 seater, not enough for the four of us who wanted to stay back and have a walk in Leisure Mall
My dad was rushing home to watch the ManUtd match
Yes, he's a fan -_-
Anyway, the idea was for my brother to drive us back in the Camry
But in the end I drove the big ass Camry back
Made an illegal turning with it and got applauded for it by my brother
Hehe

Abalone on a Stick

So today my family and I went to the Ah Yat Abalone Forum Restaurant in Swiss Garden Hotel for dinner
My dad, mom, brother, Elaine (bro's gf) and I dressed up better than usual to have a family dinner.. Family dinner is always fun in my family :D
You'd know we dressed up when you see my brother wearing shoes
Not sure what's the occasion but guessing that my bro's birthday comes in exactly 3 more days, I think its an early celebration for it
Proof that set meals are just ways for them to get rid of unwanted stuffs
when the abalone is actually smaller than the mushroom

Although, the set meal we ordered was promoted as the Australian King Crab Combination Set
So I guess a compromise on smaller abalone is okay
The King Crab is just so nice
Well, thats what my mom said
Meat so soft, coupled with thick Superior Stock (上汤)
It just tasted special
Look at the legs !
Think back what you do with the legs of the normal crabs that we eat
Also, they used the roe of the King Crab to make another dish dubbed "Steamed King Crab Roe with Egg White & Beancurd"
I think its high in cholesterol, but who cares

Else of the dinner was nothing much
There was this table behind me with kids
Noisy kids, running around
One of the boys (5-7 yrs old) was wearing a traditional korean outfit as a top, long tights, and boots with flashing lights
Its farnee and its fugly
Also we were laughing at ourselves too
Dad used the wrong words in our conversation and we made sure he never forgets about it :P
Bro did something stupid and I was laughing until I ran out of breathe xD
And my mom, well, she's always funny :P
Isn't she cute :P
I wonder if is she reading my blog already
If she is, I'm dead
Quite a number of people around me already knows about my blog, which is always bad
